The Moon Lifter is an intelligent electric assist balancer from Unipulse that uses a load sensor and servo motor to cancel a workpiece's weight, so an operator can move loads of roughly 10 to 1,000 kg with very little effort. It runs on a standard AC outlet with no compressed air, and its direct-teaching control lets the operator guide loads by hand for precise positioning. This reduces lifting strain and injury risk while keeping fine control during assembly and fitting.
Technical Overview
- Zero-gravity weightless lifting
- Precise load positioning
- Adjustable response speeds
- Fanless build for oil-mist and dusty areas
- Hands-free handling of long or delicate parts
- High safety standards for operators
